About

Researcher and Lecturer at Centro Superior de Diseño de Moda de Madrid (CSDMM) at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), where I am also pursuing my PhD. I hold a Master’s Degree in ‘Pattern and Garment Technology: Creative Pattern Cutting’ from University of the Arts London, london Colleg of Fashion (UAL- LCF) and a BSc in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M).

I am passionate about the intersection of technology and creative pattern cutting, having developed software specifically for this field in automatic pattern generation. I have extensive knowledge of garment construction and the complete development process of collections. My experience includes working in luxury Prêt-à-Porter, bespoke clothing, and bridal wear as a creative pattern cutter and studio manager in London.

I have also worked as a lecturer at Istituto Europeo di Design (IED Madrid) and Universidad Europea de Madrid (UEM), teaching in the Fashion Design B.A. Degree and M.A. programs. In addition to teaching, I combine my academic role with consulting work in the areas of fashion and technology.

As part of my research, I explore the application of digital technologies in fashion, including programming, 3D printing and scanning, and electronic textiles.
